Order handling adds 1 – 2 business days before transit. Outlying or farm areas may add 1 – 2 days. Cross-border export typically lands in 5 – 14 business days.
Delivery via courier
Standard couriers: The Courier Guy and Dawn Wing (DPD Laser). You receive a tracking number by email and SMS the moment your order is dispatched. EFT-paid orders ship only once funds reflect.
The following heavy or bulky items are delivered by dedicated freight or arranged for collection, and are quoted on a per-load basis:
- Outdoor and traditional fireplaces
- Freestanding and mobile braais
- Fencing panels, posts and gates
- Pallets of clay bricks, brick tiles and thin brick
- Large or made-to-order building materials
Collecting your order
Collection can be arranged by prior appointment for selected orders. Hours: Mon – Fri, 08:00 – 17:00. Bring your order number and proof of identity. We’ll email you the moment your order is ready, along with the collection address.
Cut-off & holidays
Orders placed before 13:00 on a business day usually enter the same-day handling queue. Orders placed after 13:00 or on weekends and SA public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Risk & insurance
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer once the courier signs the parcel over to you (or your agent). Inspect every parcel on the spot and note any damage on the courier waybill before signing. Photos and a same-day email to info@zigmirtrading.co.za are essential for any in-transit damage claim.
