How to place your order online

Ordering from Zigmir Trading takes about two minutes. Here is the full flow — from finding the right fireplace, braai, fence or brick to tracking it on the way to your gate.

    Browse the catalogue

    Use the Categories menu in the top bar (Fencing, Outdoor Fireplaces, Traditional Fireplaces, Braais, Brick Tiles, Clay Bricks & Thin Brick) to jump straight to what you need. Or search the full Shop page if you already know the product name.

    Open the product page

    Click any product to see the full spec — dimensions, heat output, brick size, fencing gauge, photos and the specifications table. Stock status and lead time are shown next to the price so you know exactly when the item will ship.

    Add to cart

    Pick the quantity and tap the dark ADD TO CART button. The mini-cart drawer slides in from the right showing your running total. Repeat for as many items as you need — there is no minimum order value.

  4. 04

    Check out

    When you are ready, open the cart and tap Buy It Now / Checkout. The four-step checkout asks for contact details, shipping address, shipping method (Standard, Express or freight on bulky items) and your payment option.

    Pay securely

    Pay by card (Visa / Mastercard via PayFast or Yoco), instant EFT through OZOW, or direct bank EFT. EFT-paid orders ship the moment funds reflect — usually within 1 – 2 business days. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant and 3-D Secure verified where your bank requires it.

    Track your delivery

    You will receive an order confirmation by email and a tracking number from The Courier Guy or Dawn Wing the moment we dispatch. Standard delivery lands in 2 – 4 business days; express in 1 – 2 business days. Bulky items (pallets of clay bricks and brick tiles, large fireplaces, boma braais, pizza ovens and rolls of fencing) are quoted on freight to your address.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to order? +
No. Checkout works as a guest. We will email you the order confirmation and tracking; that is enough to follow your order through.
Can I get trade pricing? +
Yes. Established builders, contractors and resellers can apply for a 30-day trade account. Email info@zigmirtrading.co.za with your company name, registration number, VAT number and typical monthly spend.
What if a bulky item won’t ship by courier? +
Items like pallets of clay bricks and brick tiles, large freestanding fireplaces, boma braais, pizza ovens and rolls of fencing are freight-quoted. Place the order online and we will send a freight quote for delivery to your address.
Can I cancel or change my order? +
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Once dispatched, the Returns & Refund Policy applies — 10-day return window for unopened goods, up to 25% restocking on opened items.
Are prices VAT-inclusive? +
Yes. Every price on the site is in South African Rand (ZAR) and includes VAT at the prevailing rate.
