Ordering & Account

Do I need an account to place an order? +
No — checkout works fully as a guest. We email the confirmation and tracking to whichever address you provide, which is enough to follow your order through.
Is there a minimum order value? +
No. You can order a single braai grid or a full pallet of clay bricks. Trade pricing applies on bulk orders — get in touch for a quote.
Can I cancel or change my order? +
Cancel any time before dispatch and we refund in full, including any delivery fee. Once dispatched, our Returns & Refund Policy applies — 10-day return window for unopened goods, up to 25% restocking on opened items.
Can I get trade pricing? +
Yes. Established builders, contractors and resellers can apply for a 30-day trade account. Email info@zigmirtrading.co.za with your company name, registration number, VAT number and your typical monthly spend.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? +
Standard shipping lands in 2 – 4 business days within South Africa (R450). Express shipping in 1 – 2 business days (R650). Free standard shipping on orders over R10,000. Order handling adds 1 – 2 business days before transit. Bricks, large fireplaces and big braais are quoted on freight and may take a little longer.
Which couriers do you use? +
The Courier Guy and Dawn Wing (DPD Laser) for parcel-sized items such as braai grids, fencing accessories and smaller fireplaces. You receive a tracking number by email and SMS the moment your order is dispatched.
Why can't some products be shipped by courier? +
Bulky and heavy items — pallets of clay bricks and brick tiles, large freestanding fireplaces, boma braais and pizza ovens, and rolls of fencing — exceed courier limits. These are delivered on a freight vehicle, so we will quote you a per-load delivery rate.
How are bricks and pallets delivered? +
Clay bricks, brick tiles and thin brick are supplied per pallet and delivered by freight truck to your site. Please make sure there is suitable access for off-loading. We confirm the delivery rate and an estimated date before dispatch.
Do you deliver across South Africa? +
Yes — we deliver nationwide, to all nine provinces. Smaller items go by courier; bricks, fireplaces and braais are quoted on freight to your address.

Products & Warranty

Are your prices VAT-inclusive? +
Yes. Every price on the site is in South African Rand (ZAR) and includes VAT at the prevailing rate.
Do you offer installation for fireplaces and braais? +
We supply the units; installation is handled separately. Freestanding and mobile braais are largely ready to use out of the box, while built-in and combustion fireplaces should be installed by a qualified person with proper flue and clearance. Each product page lists the key dimensions and heat output to help you plan, and we are happy to answer fitment questions by email.
What warranty do products carry? +
Every product carries the manufacturer's original warranty — a minimum of 6 months from order date. Many fireplaces, braais and gates carry longer warranties as published by the manufacturer.
Something arrived damaged. What do I do? +
Check your delivery before signing and note any visible damage — a chipped brick, dented fireplace or bent fencing — on the waybill, then email photos to info@zigmirtrading.co.za within 24 hours. We handle the dispute and arrange a replacement or refund.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept? +
OZOW (instant EFT), PayFast (Visa / Mastercard, SnapScan), Yoco card payments, and direct bank EFT. Banking details for direct EFT are sent on the order confirmation.
Are payments secure? +
Yes. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant and 3-D Secure verified where your bank requires it. Zigmir Trading does not store full card numbers on its servers.
When does my order ship if I pay by EFT? +
EFT-paid orders ship the moment funds reflect — usually within 1 – 2 business days of payment.
